![]() If I understand you correctly, I think you can do exactly what you want very easily. (the aim is to align the sidebars with the bolded headings they're next to these will move around week to week, so manually doing so will get very tedious very quickly) How do I change this? Or if I'm doing this the worst way possible, and there's a much better way, please let me know. In some cases, I place the text box, and it automatically anchors to the section heading I want it to in other cases, though, it anchors to a section halfway up the page. I know that I can pick "paragraph," "character," etc, but nothing I've been able to find tells me how to move the anchor itself. ![]() I can't for the life of me figure out how to choose what the boxes are anchored to. I'm in charge of formatting our church's bulletin, and to achieve the desired effect I've used text boxes in the margin. I'm sure that just means I'm missing something obvious, but I can't figure it out. I have tried Googling this problem, looked around this forum, and no one else has this problem. Hi, I'm not exactly new to OpenOffice, but I've never done anything but the very basics on it before (writing essays, etc).
